love them we are offering a 14-day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”contact@rozotty.com“ and include your order number in the email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide
you with an RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for
the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
